Get Your GTM Container Config

FlyNode needs one value from Google Tag Manager to connect your container: the container config (Google calls it the provisioning config).

Where to find it

1. Open tagmanager.google.com and select your server container.
2. Go to Admin → Container Settings.
3. Copy the long provisioning string shown there.

Copy the long string that begins with something like aWQ9R1RN…. Do not paste the short GTM-XXXXXXX ID. The short ID belongs in your website's web container, not here.

Don't have a server container yet?

In Tag Manager choose Create Container, pick Server as the target platform, then select Manually provision tagging server so Google gives you the config string instead of creating a Google-hosted server.

Where to paste it

You can paste it during the deploy wizard, or later on the container page. If a container has no config yet it shows an Action Required banner; paste the string and choose Save & Start Tracking. FlyNode saves it and redeploys the container.

Treat it like a secret

Anyone with the config can run a container against your GTM server container. Share it only with people who should have access.
