What you get
Chatwoot, set up the right way
Everything a production install needs, done for you when you click deploy.
The official Chatwoot
Runs Chatwoot's own Docker image, the same Chatwoot you would install yourself.
All four parts, wired
The web app, the Sidekiq worker, PostgreSQL (with pgvector) and Redis start together and find each other on their own.
Your own secrets
The app secret and the database and Redis passwords are generated for your install.
Closed to strangers
Public sign-up is off. The first visit asks you to create the admin account, and you invite your agents from there.
Data that stays put
Conversations, contacts and uploads live on persistent volumes, so restarts and redeploys keep them. Nightly backups are on.
Logs, metrics and a terminal
Watch Chatwoot's logs, its RAM and CPU use, and open a shell or the database details from the app page.
We tested it
We deployed Chatwoot on FlyNode on 4 November 2026
- Answering on its SSL address 82 seconds after we pressed Deploy, ready to create the admin account.
- 851 MB of RAM for all four parts together once running.
- The catalog asks for at least 2 GB of memory and 2 CPU, so it needs the Medium size or bigger.

How it works
Live in three steps
- 01
Pick a Cloud Workspace
Choose the Medium size or bigger on the Cloud page. Chatwoot runs on your workspace next to any other apps.
- 02
Deploy Chatwoot
Open the 1-click catalog, choose Chatwoot and deploy. FlyNode gives it an address with SSL; the database, Redis and worker come with it.
- 03
Create the admin account
Open the address, create your admin account, then add your inboxes (website chat, email and more) and invite your agents.
Sizes
Pay for the size, not the agents
Chatwoot needs at least 2 GB of memory and 2 CPU, so it starts at the Medium size. In our test its four parts used 851 MB at rest.

Chatwoot Cloud or your own Chatwoot
Chatwoot's own team runs Chatwoot Cloud, priced per agent. On FlyNode you run your own copy on managed compute.
| Chatwoot Cloud | Your Chatwoot on FlyNode | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free for 2 agents; $19, $39 or $99 per agent a month | Your Cloud Workspace, from $11.95 a month for all agents |
| Conversations | 500 a month on the free plan, then unlimited (fair use) | No limit from FlyNode; the size of your workspace is the limit |
| Data kept | 30 days (free), 1 to 3 years on paid plans | As long as you keep it, on your workspace storage |
| Your own domain | Yes | Not yet: Chatwoot runs on the flynode.io address it gets at deploy |
| Who runs it | Chatwoot's team, including upgrades | You own the app; FlyNode runs the server, SSL and backups |
Pick Chatwoot Cloud when
You have a few agents, want Chatwoot's own AI features and upgrades handled, or need the chat on your own domain today.
Pick FlyNode when
You have several agents and want one flat price, your conversations on your own install, or other apps next to it.
