Cancel or Resume a Subscription

Open Billing and choose Cancel subscription on the plan you want to end.

Card subscriptions

• Your plan and apps keep working until the end of the period you already paid for.
• After that your apps are stopped.
• Changed your mind before then? Choose Resume subscription.
• Cancelling does not refund the current period.

Bank transfer and free plans

Cancelling these stops the related apps immediately, because there is no recurring charge to wait out.

Before you cancel

• Copy anything you need from your apps, such as files, database exports and your GTM configuration.
• Remember that each product is a separate subscription. Cancelling one does not affect the other.
